Freshly Cosmetics S.L. is the representative of the website www.identybeauty.com (hereinafter IDENTY BEAUTY) and is committed to fulfilling its obligation of secrecy of personal data and its duty to treat them with confidentiality, and assumes, for this purpose, the technical, organisational and security measures necessary to prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorised access, in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, and other applicable legislation.

All prices are inclusive of the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force, but excluding shipping costs which vary depending on the amount of products purchased and the country where delivery is to be made.

By selecting the credit/debit card payment method you wish, you will have to enter all the necessary data, protected by Adyen secure payments. The Aplázame service will only be valid for shipments to Spain.
In the case of Aplázame a window will open, and you will have to indicate your ID. Please note that this mode is only available for credit cards. Delivery times for international shipments
We do everything to deliver all orders in 24/48 hours. Orders placed on business days before 13pm CET are prepared and shipped on the same day, so that you will be able to receive it on the following 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on business days after 13pm CET are processed on the following business day and are delivered on the following 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays are processed on the following business day. During product launches, promotional periods, Black Friday the preparation and shipping of your order, as well as the delivery, may take longer than usual.
The order will be placed at the address given at the time of placing your order. The courier will make a first delivery attempt, and if you are not at home they will leave a notice in the mailbox, if they have access to it. In order for the delivery to be effective, we recommend indicating the address as detailed as possible, confirming each of the details and leaving us a contact telephone number.
How do I return it?

Our Customer Love Team will be happy to explain you how to proceed. Please note that we do not accept returns of products that are open, used or do not retain their original packaging.
Right of withdrawal:
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days from the day you received the products. Please note that we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used or do not retain their original packaging.
Once we receive your return, we will check that everything is correct and contact you to confirm the refund processing. In such cases, within 30 days we will refund the amount paid for the returned product(s) (including any initial shipping costs). The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of ordering.
We will not refund the payment in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Products not purchased on Freshly website.
- Used products whose packaging has been opened and/or tampered with.
Product warranty in case of default or not matching purchase reference
If this happens, we will take charge of the whole process very easily and without any cost to you. Send an email to [email protected] with the order details and a photograph of what you have received, so that we can solve it quickly.
Once we receive the returned products, we will check them through a quality control.
If the quality control confirms the non conformity or defects of the returned product, we will contact you to confirm the handling of the refund. In these cases, within a maximum of 14 days we will refund you all costs incurred: the amount paid for the product(s) to be returned, any initial shipping costs and those generated by the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of the order.
If after quality control, no non conformity or defect is detected, we will refund the price of the product plus the initial shipping costs, but not the return costs.
