Does Identy Beauty accept returns?

Of course! You can return the products you wish from your order within 30 natural days from the time you received your order, and we will issue you a refund or send you a new shade or colour.

Have you changed your mind about your order? No problem, the return is very easy!  

You can return the product as long as it is intact, it hasn't been opened nor used, and still inside their original packaging with labels. Kindly note that we will not be able to cover the shipping fee for the return.

When we receive the parcel, we will check that the product has been returned in the same condition as it was sent, and that the return procedure has been correctly followed. Once this is done, we will refund you of the amount spent, excluding the shipping fee of the original order. For orders placed from 23rd November 2020 to 4th January 2021, the return period is extended to 7th February 2021.

What happens if the product is defective or does not match the description?

Full warranty! We will take charge of the whole process in a very easy way and without any cost for you so that you continue loving us very much.
