Does Identy Beauty accept returns?
Of course, yes! Before opening the product, we recommend you to first check that it is the one you actually ordered, and that the shade fits your skin tone. If this is not the case and you keep the product unopened in its original box, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day you received the order, and we will issue the refund for you.
How do I do it?

If the reasons of the return are unrelated to Identy Beauty, the product must be in the same state you received it. Keep the original box and packaging unopened with the original label, and the product unused. You can choose the shipping method that best suits you. When we receive the package, we will assess the status of the products and let you know if you are entitled to a refund.
If the reasons of the return are unrelated to Identy Beauty,for example due to a change of opinion or mistake when making an order, you will be responsible for returning the products and the shipping costs. VERY IMPORTANT: in the case you proceed with the shipment yourself, please remember to ask for a dispatch slip, and keep it until we confirm that we received the parcel in order to avoid any potential issues. Otherwise, should an incident occur and there is no documentation that proves that the shipment has been made, we will not take any responsibility on the return.
