All about returns during COVID-19!
During the emergency status or its possible extensions, returns of products are interrupted. The terms will resume when Spanish Royal Decree 463/2020 of 14 March, by which the Emergency Status and its extensions were declared, expires.
Therefore, you can return your order within 30 calendar days from the day the emergency status ends.
Have you changed your mind about your order? No problem, the return is very easy!
You can return the product as long as it is intact, it hasn't been opened nor used, and still inside their original packaging with labels. Kindly note that we will not be able to cover the shipping fee for the return.
When we receive the parcel, we will check that the product has been returned in the same condition as it was sent, and that the return procedure has been correctly followed. Once this is done, we will refund you of the amount spent, excluding the shipping fee of the original order.
What happens if the product is defective or does not match the description?
